How to use it
- Enter your instructions for the AI. Examples include: “Write a paragraph explaining <X>”, “Extract <X> information”, and “Summarize <X>”.
- Select a field where you want the AI output to appear.
- Select some fields to share with the AI (optional).
- Press generate!
The Assistant’s output will appear in the field that you select in step #2.
Tips
- The AI works row-by-row. It doesn’t have context from previous rows, or the entire column. Make sure all the necessary information to fulfill your request is in the row (aka “record”).
- When you want the AI to do something specific with the information, refer directly to the field name (e.g. “Customer Name”) to make your intention clear.
